Chef Tom smokes up some amazingly tender dry style baby back ribs. Rubbed with a little Plowboys BBQ Yardbird and Cattleman's Grill 8 Second Ride, they had the perfect balance of sweet and heat while retaining an amazing texture.
Preheat your Yoder Smokers YS640 pellet grill to 275°F. Rub a thin layer of House of Q Slow Smoke Gold BBQ Sauce & Slather over all surfaces of the ribs. Apply a layer of Plowboys BBQ Yardbird Rub. Place the Cattleman’s Grill 8 Second Ride Carne Asada Seasoning in a spice mill and grind a layer over the ribs.
Transfer the ribs to the smoker. Smoke until the meat is very tender and the meat begins to move freely from the bone when twisted. Remove from the cooker. Slice & serve.
