Fundamentals class

YODER SMOKERS YS640s

Thursday January 15
5pm-7pm

If you own a Yoder Smokers pellet grill and want to learn how to make even better food on it, this class is for you. In our demonstration-forward and interactive Get to Know Your Grill: YS640s Fundamentals class, you’ll see two foundational cooking styles in action, low and slow smoking for things like ribs, chicken, brisket and pork butts, and over-the-flame grilling for cooking things like burgers, chicken breasts and brats. We’ll also cover how to set up the Fireboard app to manage track and manage your cooks from your phone. Armed with these bedrock skills, you’ll be ready to turn out fantastic dishes cooked on either end of this wide cooking spectrum.

The class will be hosted on the ATBBQ patio by our in-house cooking and product pros. The event is free to attend, but tickets are limited. There will be refreshing beverages in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. There will also be time to ask questions, so if you have questions or hair-brained ideas for cooking on your Yoder Smokers pellet grill, this is the best sounding board you’ll find.

See you there!

COOKING CLASS

Dinner on the grill

Friday January 30
6Pm-8:30pm

CLASSES SOLD OUT

Our Dinner on the Grill cooking class is a fun evening that provides an exceptional three-course meal, along with three wines paired and presented by the evening’s sommelier.

Appetizer: Tomato Soup with Cheesy Croissant Toast Points

We kick things off with a comforting classic, elevated. This rich, velvety tomato soup is built from fire-roasted tomatoes, aromatic vegetables, and a splash of cream for silky body. It’s served with crisped croissant toast points, slathered in melted cheese, offering a buttery, flaky contrast that soaks up the soup like a dream. This starter is all about balanced indulgence and the nostalgic joy of dipping something cheesy into something warm.

Main Course: Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Dijon Cream Pasta & Grilled Broccoli

For the main event, tender pork medallions are seared to golden-brown perfection and paired with a luscious Dijon cream sauce that clings to ribbons of pasta. The pork brings juicy, savory depth, while the sauce adds just enough tang and richness to coat every bite. On the side, fire-kissed grilled broccoli adds a touch of smokiness and charred crunch, rounding out the plate with both texture and balance. This dish is equal parts elegant and approachable — a weeknight-worthy recipe with weekend-level flavor.

Dessert: Beet & Berry Cobbler

We end on a sweet and unexpected note with a rustic cobbler that blends earthy roasted beets with vibrant berries. The result is a deeply colored, jammy filling that bursts with natural sweetness and just a hint of complexity. Topped with a golden, buttery biscuit crust and served warm, this dessert surprises and delights — especially when paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. It’s a creative, craveable twist on a Southern classic.

GAMEDAY POTLUCK CIRCUIT

Friday January 30
5pm-7pm

SATURDAY January 31
11am-1:00pm

CLASSES SOLD OUT

Get ready for the big game with a class that will teach you how to cook three jaw-dropping potluck dishes.

Picture this: you roll into the Big Game potluck on Sunday with a dish people hover around, ask about, and go back to for seconds (and thirds). This class is designed to make that outcome inevitable.

Our in-house chefs will guide you through three iconic game-day staples—a craveable dip, bold wings, and fall-off-the-bone ribs—each reimagined with a Mexican twist to give your potluck playbook an edge.

With instructor guidance, you’ll learn the techniques behind flavors that scale, travel well, and absolutely show out on game day. Plus, to simulate game day conditions, there will be a potluck-worthy cocktail (and mocktail).

Bring your game face and leave with practical skills, confident execution, and recipes that’ll win your Big Game potluck.

Tickets are limited. Come hungry. Leave prepared to win.
