In our demonstration-forward YS640s Fundamentals class, you'll see two foundational cooking styles in action—low and slow smoking for ribs, brisket, and pork butts, and over-the-flame grilling for burgers, chicken breasts, and brats—plus how to set up the FireBoard app to monitor your cooks from your phone.

Hosted on the ATBBQ patio by our in-house cooking and product pros, the event is free but tickets are limited. There will be refreshments, a relaxed atmosphere, and plenty of time for questions.
