    Since I don’t have a Santa Maria grill (yet) would this recipe work on a YS640 if I used a grilling basket over the fire pot with the grates and all removed.

    I’m not a great cook, but since beans take hours to cook WHEN BOILED, how can they possibly be done on a smoker in just 20 minutes? Serious question…
