Professional ACS PID Control

Set accurate cooking temperatures with ±5 °F accuracy via an easy-to-use physical interface or on your Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connected device with the Fireboard app available for both iOS and Android. Programmable cook profiles allow for set-and-forget precision, which allows you more time to spend preparing for or entertaining guests. And push notifications give you a heads up when your food reaches specific temperatures. 

The intuitive control board on the Adaptive Control System is constantly learning and improving, which results in quicker temperature recovery after loading the grill up with food or opening the lid. Although you’ll have to open the lid much less frequently than with other grills, as the ACS includes two integrated food probes that allow you to monitor food temperatures with the lid closed.

The standard upper shelf can easily be removed, replaced, or substituted with variations like the half-depth shelf or 2-piece stainless steel second shelf without any tools, using the Yoder second shelf rails.
