All Things Barbecue invites you to join us in our test kitchen for an immersive experience in mastering grilling and smoking techniques. Led by our inhouse expert, Chef Tom, these hands-on education events are designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to become a true grill master.
Whether you’re new to grilling or looking to refine your BBQ skills, Chef Tom will guide you through the techniques, tools, and insider tips that will take your grilling and smoking game to the next level. From temperature control and mastering different types of wood and charcoal to perfecting the art of smoking meats and vegetables, each class offers a blend of instruction and hands-on practice.

Enjoy the first bite with Chef Tom's Smoked Tuna Tartare, where fresh, tuna meets a kiss of savory smoke. This dish offers a clean, oceanic flavor that’s perfectly balanced by rich, smoky undertones, delivering a refined start to your dining experience. With its silky texture and nuanced depth, this modern appetizer sets the stage for something truly special—bold yet elegant, simple yet unforgettable.<
Teres Major beef medallions are a masterclass in bold, balanced flavor. Seared to perfection, the tender beef is paired with a vibrant chimichurri that adds a burst of herbaceous brightness, crispy smashed potatoes for satisfying crunch, and a tangy Caesar-dressed slaw that ties everything together. This entrée delivers rustic soul with gourmet finesse, creating a plate that’s hearty, colorful, and absolutely crave-worthy.
Chef Tom brings your meal to an end on a tropical high note with his Coconut Panna Cotta, a silky, chilled dessert layered with flavor and finesse. The creamy coconut base is light yet luxurious, complemented by smoky grilled pineapple that adds warmth and complexity. A rich caramel drizzle brings it all together, making this sweet finale a perfect harmony of tropical brightness, subtle smokiness, and refined indulgence.

Tacos & Tequila Class: A Perfect Pairing Experience
Join us on the patio for our Tacos & Tequila class, where you'll learn how to craft three incredible Latin-inspired entrées that are sure to become your new favorites! From bold flavors to mouth-watering techniques, you'll be cooking up masterpieces that you'll want to make again and again.
We will explore the art of pairing tequila with smoky, savory taco favorites. This experience features three dishes prepared by Chef Tom, each matched with a tequila cocktail that enhances the smoky, spiced flavors.
He’ll start with Chicken Quesatacos are crispy, cheese-crusted tortillas filled with juicy, seasoned chicken, combining the bold flavors of a taco with the indulgent crunch of a quesadilla.
Next, enjoy Tacos al Pastor featuring tender, marinated pork that's been slow-roasted, sliced thin, and served in warm corn tortillas with pineapple, onions, and cilantro for a perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and savory flavors..
Finally, we’ll savor Carne Asada Tostadas with crisp corn tortillas topped with grilled, marinated steak, refried beans, shredded lettuce, fresh salsa, crema, and queso fresco for a layered dish full of bold, satisfying textures and flavors.
