Fundamentals Class

FireBoard App

thursday June 18
5pm-7pm

Your Yoder Smokers pellet grill is built to do incredible things—and the FireBoard app is what
puts you fully in control. But most owners never get past the basics. This free, owner-exclusive
class changes that.

In 90 minutes, you'll go from scratching the surface to actually using the app the way it was
designed: monitoring your cook from anywhere, setting alarms that free you from the grill,
reading graphs to understand what's really happening inside your cook, and—best of all—running
Programs that automate multi-step cooks from start to finish. We'll walk through a live
demonstration of a fully automated chicken cook that handles smoke, temperature, and hold all
on its own. You set it up, and the grill handles the rest.

You'll leave with real, practical skills you can put to work the very next time you fire up your
Yoder. Less guesswork, more consistency, and cooks your family and friends won't stop talking
about

See you there!

YODER SMOKERS YS640s

YODER SMOKERS YS640s

thursday June 25
5pm-7pm

If you own a Yoder Smokers pellet grill and want to learn how to make even better food on it, this class is for you. In our demonstration-forward and interactive Get to Know Your Grill: YS640s Fundamentals class, you’ll see two foundational cooking styles in action, low and slow smoking for things like ribs, chicken, brisket and pork butts, and over-the-flame grilling for cooking things like burgers, chicken breasts and brats. We’ll also cover how to set up the Fireboard app to manage track and manage your cooks from your phone. Armed with these bedrock skills, you’ll be ready to turn out fantastic dishes cooked on either end of this wide cooking spectrum.

The class will be hosted on the ATBBQ patio by our in-house cooking and product pros. The event is free to attend, but tickets are limited. There will be refreshing beverages in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. There will also be time to ask questions, so if you have questions or hair-brained ideas for cooking on your Yoder Smokers pellet grill, this is the best sounding board you’ll find.

WOOD-FIRED OVEN

thursday July 16
5pm-7pm

If you own a Yoder Smokers pellet grill and are curious about the incredible Wood-Fired
Oven accessory—or already own a Yoder Smokers Wood Fired Oven and want to unlock
everything it can do—this free class is for you.

The Yoder Smokers Wood-Fired Oven (WFO) is the best-selling accessory Yoder has ever
created, and for good reason. By transforming your pellet grill into a true wood-fired oven,
the WFO opens the door to high-heat cooking (700º F +), live-fire flavor, and entire new
categories of dishes—from blistered pizzas and artisan bread to roasted proteins and cast-
iron sides. Even cobblers and pies are possible on the WFO.

This demonstration-forward, owner-exclusive class will focus on the why and the how of
cooking with the WFO. Our in-house Yoder Smokers pro will walk through setup, heat
management, and cooking techniques, putting the WFO to work cooking pizzas, wings, and more. Along the way, you’ll learn practical tips, mistakes to avoid, and how to confidently recreate these results at home.

The class will be hosted on the ATBBQ patio in a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere with
refreshments, plenty of time for questions, and hands-on insight you won’t get from a spec sheet or product video. Whether you’re WFO-curious or already cooking with one, you’ll leave with an upgraded skillset and a whole catalog of recipes to try at home.

HOw To cook brisket

COOKING CLASS

Saturday July 18
11am-1pm

CLASSES SOLD OUT

Brisket has a reputation for being intimidating. A long cook, a lot of variables, plenty of ways for things to go sideways. But here's the thing: with the right foundational knowledge, smoking a great brisket is absolutely within reach — and that's exactly what this class is built to give you.

Award-winning pitmaster Andy Groneman — founder of Smoke on Wheels BBQ and one of the most decorated names in competitive barbecue — will walk you through every stage of the cook, from selecting and trimming the cut to managing fire and smoke, navigating the stall, making the wrap call, and resting and slicing it right. The goal isn't just to show you the steps. It's to give you a real understanding of what's happening at each stage — so you can approach brisket confidently and nail it every time.

Hosted on the ATBBQ Patio, the class is relaxed, hands-on, and built around real conversation. Expect live demonstrations, plenty of time for questions, and the kind of practical insight you only get from someone who has cooked brisket at the highest level. No prior experience required — just bring your curiosity and your appetite.
