Adding a Yoder Smokers YS640s Pellet Grill to your outdoor kitchen couldn't be easier with our ready-to-finish frame kit.

This kit includes a 52" steel frame, Yoder Smokers built-in grill, and a matching under-grill storage cabinet with stainless steel access doors. The 18.75” tall frame is designed to align with standard 36” outdoor kitchen counter height and places the grilling surface at a comfortable height.

These stock frames are built for end-of-run installations, where the grill sits at the far left or right of your cabinet layout. The 52” length positions the hopper at the edge of the countertop for either hopper configuration. If you're placing the grill against a wall or tall cabinet, be sure to allow for a few extra inches of clearance on the hopper side to maintain proper airflow and usability. Custom frame options are available if your setup requires it.

The same amazing food you expect from a Yoder Pellet Grill with all new control board, and updated features throughout the pit make this model the new gold standard in American Made pellet grills.

Quivira 36" x 15" Double Access Doors provide excellent use of space for access to utilities or simple storage for commonly used items. Installed beneath the grill head, you’ll have room for accessory storage and easy access to your grill's grease trap.

Our ATBBQ Steel Outdoor Kitchen Frame is custom made to support your Yoder Smokers YS640s Pellet Grill. This frame is ready to finish out with a variety of materials to match your outdoor space.

Add a a suitable outdoor top such as granite to finish.

Built-In YS640s LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE IS AS FOLLOWS:

The main cooking chamber is warrantied against burn through for ten years from the manufactured date of the Yoder Smoker, or from the original purchase date, with proof of purchase.
The electronic control system (ACS controller, thermocouple, auger motor, and fans) are warrantied for three years from the manufactured date of the Yoder Smoker, or from the original purchase date, with proof of purchase.
The ceramic igniter is warrantied for three years from the manufactured date of the Yoder Smoker, or from the original purchase date, with proof of purchase.
All other components not specifically listed above, are warrantied for six months from the manufactured date of the Yoder Smoker, or from the original purchase date, with proof of purchase.
Any warranty replacement component is warrantied for one year from the date of shipment. This would be any component that has been replaced after the original warranty period has expired.
