  What is the Kamado Joe SlōRoller Hyperbolic Insert for Big Joe?
  The SlōRoller is a hyperbolic smoke chamber accessory that converts your **Big Joe 24″** kamado into a high-performance smoker. It recirculates smoke and heat in rolling, cyclonic waves, enveloping your food for more even smoking and fewer hot spots.
  Which Big Joe models is it compatible with?
  It works with **Big Joe I, II, and III** series kamado grills (24″ models). It can also be used with other round 24" charcoal grills, including the XL Big Green Egg. 
  How do I install and use the SlōRoller?
  Remove the existing Divide & Conquer® rack from your Big Joe. Insert the SlōRoller chamber plus the supplied stainless steel cooking rack (your original grates sit atop it). Use it for “low & slow” smoking rather than high-heat grilling. 
  What operating temperature range is best?
  The SlōRoller is engineered for smoking between **150 °F and 500 °F**.  It is ideal for low-and-slow cooks; at high temperatures, coating degradation or damage may occur. :
  What are the benefits and limitations of using it?
  
    Benefits:
    – Much more uniform smoke exposure and reduced hot spots, thanks to its hyperbolic circulation design. 
    – Enhances flavor penetration by keeping smoke in contact with food for longer period 
    
    Limitations / cautions:
    – Because it raises internal height, ensure your food still fits under the dome with clearance. 
    – It is not intended for high-heat grilling or searing (beyond ~500 °F) to avoid damaging the unit. 
    – Avoid thermal shock (e.g. pouring cold water on a hot chamber). 
    – Inspect periodically for warping or coating wear.
