Probe type: 100K thermistor. Temperature range: 0–572 °F (-18–300 °C). Cable max temperature: 716 °F (380 °C). Hardware: 6 ft cable with 2.5 mm audio connector; probe is approx. 2 1/4" long and 4 mm in diameter.

Will it work with my FireBoard device?

Yes—this probe works with FireBoard controllers that accept 2.5 mm thermistor probes (e.g., FireBoard 1/2 series and Spark). It’s commonly paired with grill clips (sold separately) to position the probe at grate level.

How is SANT311T different from SANT311?

SANT311T is a thermistor version (0–572 °F). SANT311 is an RTD PT-100 version with a broader low-end range. Choose SANT311T for standard cooking/smoking; choose RTD if you specifically need PT-100 compatibility.
