- Appetizer - Creamy, stone-ground blue corn cheese grits with rich, buttery crab étouffée and seared andouille sausage, bringing together smoky, spicy, and savory elements in a soulful Southern comfort bowl with deep coastal flavor.
- Entrée – A Cajun Surf & Turf dish that brings together flame-seared steak and shrimp in a rich Alfredo sauce, served over gumbo-style risotto with a bold finish of grilled pickled okra for tang and char.
- Dessert - Finish with Caramelized Upside-Down Pear Bread Pudding. Rich and decadent, featuring golden, buttery pears baked into a soft custard-soaked bread base, finished with a bright, tangy plum sauce that cuts through the sweetness with balance and depth.
