    This is the most commonly used and recognized smoke flavor. The best wood chips on the market. Chips are filtered to remove both the dust from the chipping process and the large chunks that don't burn as well. This will give you a more uniform and even burning wood chip which means better smoke flavor. We recommend soaking these chips for 30 to 45 minutes before use. After the chips have been drained of water, lay them directly on charcoal or in your wood chip box or tray for wonderful smoke flavor.

    All Cattleman's Grill Smoking Wood Chips have been heat treated to prevent mold.
