Butcher BBQ Open Pit Flavored Pork Injection
This injection gives you incredible flavor while allowing your meat to hold in more moisture for a perfectly tender final product.
To use, simply mix 3/4 cup of the injection with 2 cups of water and mix well. This will give you enough injection for two 7 - 8 pound pork butts.
Ingredients: hydrolyzed vegetable protein (hydrolyzed soy and corn protein and salt, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil [cottonseed, soybean] added), sodium phosphate, molasses, garlic, onion, butter powder, pepper and xanthan gum.
