The Alfresco Grills 13" x 19" Commercial Griddle is manufactured from heavy duty 3/16" stainless steel and is designed for use over your Alfresco grills standard tube burner or side burner (it cannot be used over the infrared sear burner). With an integrated grease trough and deep side walls the griddle keeps everything neat and tidy and won't allow grease to drop down into your burner causing grease fires and messy cleanup.
