Craft infused, barrel-aged, and pure maple syrup from sustainably managed forests in northern Wisconsin. They cook their syrup from sap collected each season from the Solin family’s heritage sugarbush, near Neva, Wisconsin, at the base of the glacial moraine.
They’ve been making rich, flavorful maple syrup in small batches for 5 generations. They also work with other neighboring maple syrup makers who share our values and passion for delicious syrup.
Tapped infused maples syrups are made with high quality ingredients, producing rich, delicious and unique flavors. Our infused maple syrups include Black Umami Garlic, Blueberry, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Espresso, Ginger, and Red Pepper.
