- 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup crushed or diced tomatoes (not San Marzano)

1/4 cup Chile Slinger Fatalii Mustard
- 1 tbsp Bear & Burton’s W Sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic, grated on a microplane
- 1/2 cup cheese curds
- 4 hamburger buns
