Simply remove the Flav-R-Wav burner covers and drop the charcoal tray into place, fill with lump charcoal or briquettes, and light the corresponding burners to start charcoal fuel. The wood chip box on the side allows you to infuse wood smoke flavor into your favorite dishes as well.
