Our Lime Jalapeño brine takes its roots from the traditional Al Pastor recipe. The blend of pineapple and lime juice along with the potent herbal bouquet of Mexican oregano, cilantro and cumin produce a very authentic flavor. Lime Jalapeño’s heat level is mild, so while it's flavor-filled, it can be enjoyed by everyone. This was designed for flank steak fajitas but it's great on chicken, shrimp, tilapia, and unbelievable on a rack of lamb.

Directions: Shake bottle of concentrate well. Pour over meat, then add 1 part water for every 1 part brine bath. Approximately 1/2 cup brine bath per 1lb of meat.
After opening, keep remaining product refrigerated.
