An Italian-Inspired Evening
Date & Time: Thursday May 28th 6pm
A great dinner out. An expert cooking class. Sommelier-paired wines. All in one evening — and you leave knowing exactly how it was made.
On Thursday, May 28th, award-winning chef and pitmaster Andy Groneman brings a full Italian menu to life in the ATBBQ Teaching Kitchen: Maroulosalata Salad, Black Pepper Spaghetti with homemade Pomodoro, Pork Involtini, and Cherry Focaccia with Chocolate Crémeux. Every course is cooked live, explained as it's made, and paired with a sommelier-selected wine included in your ticket. You're not just watching — you're learning the techniques, the thinking, and the little details that make each dish genuinely special.
You'll leave with a full stomach, a great evening behind you, and a handful of dishes you'll be excited to recreate at home. The kind of food that makes people ask how you did it.
