The Yoder Smokers Loaded Wichita 2-Piece Upper Stainless Steel Cooking Grate Set is a direct replacement for the original upper grate on the Loaded Wichita offset smoker. The modular two-piece layout allows the front section of the upper grate to be removed independently, providing access to the lower cooking surface without interrupting the cook. This allows for multiple cooking zones and more intentional heat management across the cook chamber.

Each grate is constructed from solid 1/4-inch 304 stainless steel round bar with a double reinforced outer frame for rigidity and long-term structural stability.
