The Yoder Smokers Adjustable Flat Top Charcoal Grill has been redesigned to deliver even greater control, strength, and everyday usability. With up to 1,152 sq in of cooking surface, it’s built for everything from family dinners to entertaining a crowd.

The headline upgrade is the new dual stack airflow system that makes it easier to shape distinct heat zones and fine-tune intake air for precise cooking. A re-engineered cook body enhances overall rigidity for consistent fit and performance, and the layout now reverses easily for left- or right-hand cooking. More components are bolt-on for long-term durability and ease of maintenance or future upgrades, plus a redesigned charcoal basket and a completely new bottom shelf round out the improvements.

• Re-engineered cook body to minimize flex and keep components aligned. Fewer welds across the body allow the steel to expand and contract naturally with repeated heating and cooling, reducing stress points. A redesigned body introduces 1/8" clearance to prevent expansion-related binding.
