Two stainless steel U-shaped burners provide up to 24,000 BTUs of heat with dual-zone control, letting you sear on one side while keeping food warm on the other.

Built with a 304 stainless steel body and a 5mm thick 430 stainless steel cooktop, the griddle retains heat well and stands up to heavy use. One-touch integrated ignition ensures fast startup, and SafetyGlow backlit knobs show when the burners are on. A removable stainless steel lid protects the cooking surface between uses. Cleanup stays simple with the front-access grease tray and included scraping tool. The BIG32FT is available in both natural gas and propane versions.

Functional Layout and Practical Storage

A spacious granite-style prep section to the right of the griddle cutout gives you room for ingredients, tools, trays, and more. Beneath the countertop, soft-close double doors open to a large storage compartment built for cookware, cleaning tools, and accessories. A soft-close rollout drawer accommodates either a 20-pound LP tank or a trash can to keep your cooking area tidy.

Simple Installation and Setup

The island arrives fully assembled for quick placement. Attach the leveling feet, position the island, and fine-tune with a 4’ or 6’ level. Once leveled, install the Napoleon BIG32FT griddle into the cutout, connect your fuel source, and your cooking station is ready for use.
