Two stainless steel U-shaped burners provide up to 24,000 BTUs of heat, divided into two independently controlled zones for versatile temperature management.

Constructed with a 304 stainless steel body and a 5mm thick 430 stainless steel cooktop, the griddle delivers excellent heat retention and long-lasting strength. One-touch integrated ignition makes startup simple, while SafetyGlow control knobs illuminate when burners are on. A removable stainless steel lid offers protection between cooks, and cleanup is easy with the front-access grease tray and built-in scraping tool. The BIG32FT is available in both natural gas and propane models.
