1. What smart features does the Prestige 500 Connected have?

   Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect the grill to the Napoleon Home App. You can watch food temperatures, set timers, use cook assist and get high-temperature and fuel tank alerts on your phone. An LCD display on the grill shows your readings at a glance.

2. Can I control the burners from my phone?

   No. The app lets you monitor temperatures and get alerts, but you light the burners and adjust them with the knobs on the grill. Never leave a lit grill unattended.

3. How many burners does it have, and how much cooking space?

   It has four stainless steel main burners, a large infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner and an infrared rear rotisserie burner. The main cooking area is 28" x 17.75", which fits up to 31 burgers, and the total cooking area is 900 sq. in. with the warming rack.

4. How many BTUs does it put out?

   82,000 BTUs total, including 48,000 BTU from the four main burners and 16,000 BTU from the infrared side burner. The rest comes from the infrared rear rotisserie burner.

5. Is it available in propane or natural gas?

   Both. Choose Liquid Propane (P500VXRSIBPSS) or Natural Gas (P500VXRSIBNSS) when you order. Don't convert between fuel types without Napoleon's approved conversion parts and a qualified gas technician.

6. What cooking grids does it have?

   It has 8.5 mm stainless steel WAVE™ cooking grids. They're low-maintenance, hold heat well and leave Napoleon's signature sear marks.

7. Is a rotisserie included?

   Yes. A heavy-duty rotisserie kit comes with the grill and runs off the larger infrared rear burner, which is great for whole chickens, roasts and pork loins.

8. What ignition and safety features does it have?

   JETFIRE™ ignition lights each burner instantly and needs no batteries. The LED control knobs with SafetyGlow™ glow red when the gas is on, and the app can warn you if the grill runs too hot.

9. How do I clean it?

   The easy-clean grease management system keeps drippings away from the burners and makes cleanup simple. The stainless steel grids clean up with a grill brush.

10. What storage and prep features does it have?

    It has six hidden tool hooks that free up the side shelves for prep, a warming rack that tucks up into the lid when you don't need it, and industrial locking casters for easy moving and a steady stance.

11. How big is it?

    It measures 65.5" W x 26" D x 51" H with the lid closed (58" H with the lid open).

12. What warranty comes with it?

    Napoleon's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the stainless steel lid, aluminum castings, stainless steel cooking grids and stainless steel tube burners for life. The infrared burners and all other parts are covered for 15 years, and electrical components like the smart module, LCD display and LED knobs for 3 years. This applies to residential use.
