1. What are the cooking area and burner specs of the BI32?

   It has four 12,000 BTU stainless steel burners for 48,000 BTUs total. The main cooking area is 29.5" x 18", which fits up to 32 burgers, and the two-position warming rack brings the total to 786 sq. in.

2. Is it available in natural gas or propane?

   Both. Choose Natural Gas (BI32NSS) or Liquid Propane (BI32PSS) when you order. Don't convert between fuel types without Napoleon's approved conversion parts and a qualified gas technician.

3. What do I need to hook up the propane model?

   The propane model doesn't include a hose or regulator. To connect it to a standard 20 lb propane tank, you'll need an LP regulator plus a 1/2" flared to 3/8" flared brass coupler.

4. What is it made of?

   The grill head is premium stainless steel, with 7.5 mm stainless steel WAVE™ cooking grids, dual-level stainless steel sear plates and integrated trim for a clean built-in look.

5. How does the ignition work? Does it need power?

   JETFIRE™ ignition shoots a jet of flame to light each burner, and the burners crosslight for reliable startups. It needs no batteries and no 110V power, so you don't have to run electrical to your island.

6. Does it have a rotisserie burner or interior lights?

   No. The BI32 has no rear rotisserie burner and no interior lights. A rotisserie kit is sold separately.

7. What are the dimensions and cutout requirements?

   The grill head measures 33.5" W x 27.6" D x 24" H with the lid closed (33.75" H with the lid open). The island cutout is 30" W x 19.4" D x 10.25" H. It weighs about 160 lbs.

8. Is it easy to install in an outdoor kitchen?

   Yes. Slide the grill head into your island cutout, connect your gas line or propane and start cooking. The integrated trim gives it a flush, finished look, and there's no wiring to run.

9. How do I clean it?

   The stainless steel WAVE™ grids and sear plates clean up with a grill brush, and the drip tray catches grease for easy cleanup. Wipe down the stainless steel regularly, and more often if the grill sits near salt water or a pool.

10. What warranty comes with the BI32?

    Napoleon's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers major components for life against defects in materials and workmanship, and all other parts for 15 years. This applies to normal residential use.
