Limited 25-year residential and 5-year commercial warranty for C.R. Plastic Products® high-density polyethylene (HDPE) frames.
C.R. Plastic Products warranties to the original purchaser for a period of up to 25 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use from the date of the original invoice, under normal use. C.R. Plastic Products' HDPE products shall be free from material defects and shall not splinter, crack or sustain structural damage. Transferability: This limited warranty is non-transferable.
General Warranty Conditions
C. R. Plastic Products Inc. shall not be liable for any failure, defect or damage resulting from or connected with the following:
- C.R. Plastic Products HDPE products are made with automotive grade UV stabilizers to minimize fading; however, upon exposure to the sun all colors may fade to some degree over time.
- Color or pattern variance between any new replacement section or pieces and other sections or pieces. (We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product line or color without notifying the original purchaser. If the original piece is not available, we retain the right to choose to provide replacement material of equal value or quality).
- Damage caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, or abuse.
Some expansion and contraction is to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature. C.R. Plastic Products does not recommend the use of pressure washers.
Swivel Component, Gliding Mechanism, and Stainless Steel Hardware
The swivel component and gliding mechanism are warranted not to structurally fail for five years of residential use or three years of commercial use. Stainless steel hardware is warranted not to structurally fail for a period of up to five years for residential use and three years for commercial use (from date of purchase).
