The Blaze Easy Light Indirect Cooking System with Moisture Enhancing Pan is designed to expand the cooking versatility of the Blaze Kamado Grill by adding greater control for indirect cooking, smoking, and charcoal management. This multi-piece system includes a charcoal basket and stainless steel moisture-enhancing pan that work together to create controlled heat zones for low-and-slow barbecue, roasting, and rotisserie cooking applications.

Constructed from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, the charcoal basket allows charcoal to be isolated to one side of the grill for indirect cooking configurations and more controlled heat management. The lower chamber of the basket also functions as a chimney starter to assist with charcoal ignition using charcoal starters and other lighting methods. When paired with the Blaze Kamado Rotisserie Kit, the charcoal basket can help create concentrated infrared-style heat for rotisserie cooking.

The included stainless steel moisture-enhancing pan is designed to catch drippings for gravies, sauces, and bastes while also functioning as a water pan for added moisture during smoking sessions. Designed specifically for Blaze Kamado grills, this system adds flexibility for smoking, roasting, and indirect charcoal cooking while maintaining the durability needed for outdoor cooking environments.
