The Ankarsrum Premium Beater Set & Bowl Complete provides a dedicated whipping and creaming solution for the Ankarsrum Assistent Original stand mixer. The set includes a closed beater housing, one pair of oversized Balloon Whisks, one pair of Cookie Beaters, and the Ankarsrum Stainless Steel Beater Bowl — delivering a complete setup for a wide range of baking tasks from a single attachment system.

The oversized Balloon Whisks are designed to cover a larger area of the bowl, incorporating more air for faster, more efficient whipping. They are suited for whipped cream, egg whites, meringues, sponge cakes, buttercream, and light batters. The Cookie Beaters are constructed from 3.5mm thick stainless steel wire and are designed to work with chilled butter in small pieces, handling up to 2 pounds of cookie or pie dough without requiring the butter to be brought to room temperature first.

The included Stainless Steel Beater Bowl is compatible with the beater system and is dishwasher safe. The Beater Housing is not dishwasher safe and should be wiped clean with a damp cloth only.
