This is a precision analog thermometer branded by PK Grills and manufactured by Tel-Tru—renowned since 1916 for craftsmanship and accuracy in temperature measurement. It’s ideal for monitoring the internal temperature of your PK Grill & Smoker capsule.
What’s included in the kit?
The kit includes the thermometer probe, a wing nut, and a silver-colored flashing flange. Note that a ¼″ drill bit and drill are required for installation and not included.

Where should I install it for best readings?
PK recommends mounting it just above grate level on the indirect side of your PK Grill, such as near the hinge area. This placement provides temperature readings that closely reflect the actual cooking surface.
