One detail drove the whole layout: keeping the grill's heat and grease away from the home's windows. That constraint set the grill's exact position between two windows, and the rest of the run — the griddle, sink, and refrigeration — fell into place around it, spaced out to keep real workspace around every cooking and prep zone.

The homeowners spared no expense here, outfitting the kitchen with an all-luxury-tier lineup — Alfresco cookers, refrigerator, and under-counter components, plus a Scotsman clear ice machine.
