Clementi created a portable wood fired pizza oven. Don't let the lightweight or portability of the Clementino deceive you. This pizza oven has the power of traditional ovens. Heats up to 750°F within 20 minutes with the ability to cook one pizza in 2 minutes.
Long lasting heat to cook bread, vegetable dishes, roast or slow cook meat and fish. A built-in thermometer provides an indication of temperature in the cooking chamber.

Construction
This oven starts with a layer of insulation under the 1.25" thick food safe refractory firebrick. The oven's interior dome is made from 430 stainless steel wrapped in insulation.
The cooking chamber floor is 24" wide by 16" deep.
The door opening is 15.5" wide by 5.5" tall.
Due to its compact size, the Clementino delivers an incredibly even cook.
Performance
In just 15-20 minutes, this oven heats up to 750°F. Once the deck is hot, you can feed this oven pizza after pizza.
Inside the compact oven, the flame lips over the top. To maximize heat, feed the fire with small chunks of wood.
The terms of warranty for all products is 2 years from the date of selling (ticket or invoice).
The warranty covers all defects related to manufacturing process and Clementi has to be informed about that sort of defects within 7 days from the moment of the sale.
The warranty does not cover all parts subject to wear and glasses and does not cover damage caused by incorrect use of the oven.
