The matte black finish on the Phantom 500 stops you in your tracks. Every detail is perfect - the clean lines of the classic Prestige 500 are even more stunning with the high-end Phantom finish.

The Phantom 500 utilizes the world class cooking system from Napoleon’s Prestige grill series. With four main burners putting out 12,000 BTUs each, this grill provides you with ample heat that is even across the surface thanks to Napoleon’s patented Sear Plate system. The star of the cooking system is the infrared side burner. Capable of reaching 1800ºF, it can sear the biggest Cowboy Ribeye or switch gears to cook chili, fry chicken, and more. It is powerful enough to heat up a large Dutch oven with ease. The adjustable height cast stainless cooking grate allows you to lift the grate up to increase distance between the burner and food when necessary.

The cart includes an LP tank ring that keeps the tank in place while being moved, and keeps it steady for easy change out. The two side shelves include integrated storage keeping your most used utensils close at hand.

The sear plates are manufactured from 304 stainless steel and are arranged in a dual-level layout allowing heat between burners to rise, giving you even heat no matter where you place your food. The Phantom 500's cooking surface is upgraded with cast stainless steel cooking grates.
