John Henry's Ole Stockyard Steak Rub
This rub guarantees a robust flavor with a little kick at the end. Apply a light coat of olive oil, apply seasoning liberally and allow your steaks to rest at least 1/2 hour prior to cooking. Made for beef but also provides an excellent kick to chops and vegetables.
Ingredients:blend of salt, spices, paprika, dehydrated onion, chili pepper, dehydrated garlic, annatto powder, corn starch and no more than 2% sodium aluminosilicate added as an anit-caking agent.
