Patio Renaissance’s weather wicker is made of the highest quality fibers that result in strong, resilient, and beautiful woven furniture. The fibers consist of polyethylene plastic mixed with a formula to resist fading and aging. Commercial grade extruded aluminum make up the frames that support the woven material. The aluminum frames are sprayed with powder coating, baked and cured to ensure maximum protection against rusting. All frame hardware is made of stainless steel which will not rust. One quality that puts Patio Renaissance wicker furniture above the rest is the weight – because of its production quality, the furniture is typically 10-30% heavier than the competition.
Cushions consist of three layers of foam that provide a dense core for support and durability. The foam is wrapped with Dacron (polyester fiber) sheets to soften the edges, and finally wrapped with a medical grade, environmentally friendly fabric to serve as a water barrier. All cushions are made with 100% solution-dyed polyester fabric to resist UV damage, water, mold, and mildew.
