You'll remove two of the standard cooking grates and one of the ceramic radiant trays, place the grill surface hybrid infrared burner over the standard burner, then put the included stainless rod cooking grate on top. This creates a zone of true infrared heat. Can only be used with DCS 36 and 48-inch grills.
