Grease trays are an important feature of your Napoleon gas grill. These trays will keep you grill and outdoor cooking area clean and grease free. Though the sear plates on your grill vaporizes nearly all grease, some grease does drip down and when it does it collects into this drip pan for easy disposal. Check your grease trays after every ten cooks to make sure they aren't full or close to full. Replacing the grease tray will help keep your Napoleon running for years and years.
