The Chisholm is compact enough to tow behind a small vehicle, maneuver easily into tight spaces and store out of the way, yet is big enough to feed well over a hundred hungry folks. 

The Chisholm I has 2500 square-inches of cooking space and the Chisholm II has 3150 square-inches.

MODELS: Chisholm I; 24” x 52” x 24” single-door OR the Chisholm II; 24” x 72” x 24” double-door; constructed from NEW ¼” pipe and plate. 

STANDARD FEATURES: 50" X 24" X 18" wood storage box with a slide out table top; cooking door counter weight; LP log lighting system; LP tank; 24” long firebox; heavy-duty firebox wood/charcoal grate; grease drain; firebox grill grate; firebox pot warmer. 

OPTIONS: *front cargo area with tie down rails; *single or dual 60,000-btu burners; heat management plate with internal cooking chamber damper; top slide out shelf; firebox grill grate. 

*you can choose either the front cargo tie down OR the double burner 

TECH SPECS: trailer frame is constructed from heavy duty 2"X3" rectangular tubing, aluminum tread plate fenders, 2000-pound axle on the Chisholm I and a 3,500-pound axle on the Chisholm II, 15" tires and wheels, 2" ball coupler, trailer lights, safety chains and a 750 lb. swivel jack with a caster wheel for easy maneuverability.
